08 - 3.5 oz creamy hummus
09 - 3.5 oz Greek yogurt dip (or tzatziki)
10 - 3.5 oz honey or fruit compote
# Method:
01 - On a large serving platter, form a ring along the edge with assorted dry crackers, placing them upright or fanned for visual appeal.
02 - Nestle mixed roasted nuts between the crackers to complete the outer circle.
03 - In the platter center, build a colorful mound of fruits, alternating colors and shapes for optimal presentation.
04 - Set small bowls containing hummus, yogurt dip, and honey or fruit compote in the middle of the fruit arrangement.
