# Method:
01 - In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully mixed.
02 - Divide the mixture into three portions per snowman: one large for the base, one medium for the middle, and one small for the head; shape each portion into smooth balls.
03 - Arrange the three cheese balls on a serving platter stacked from largest to smallest, forming a snowman shape.
