→ Fruits

02 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
03 - 1 cup blueberries
04 - 1 cup green grapes, halved
05 - 1 cup pineapple chunks
06 - 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
07 - 1 orange, segmented

→ Decorative & Garnish

10 - 2 black grapes or blueberries (for shark eyes)
11 - 2 slices mini marshmallow or banana (for shark eyes whites)
12 - Fresh mint leaves

# Method:

01 - Slice a thin piece off the watermelon base with a sharp knife so it sits flat on the surface.
02 - Cut a wedge from one end of the watermelon to create the shark's open mouth, then scoop out most of the flesh using a melon baller, reserving the balls for decoration.
03 - Carve triangular teeth along the edge of the mouth with a paring knife to add detail.
04 - Use toothpicks to stack a mini marshmallow or banana slice beneath a black grape or blueberry, then secure the eyes above the mouth.
05 - Place the reserved watermelon balls spilling out of the shark's mouth onto a large serving platter.
06 - Surround the watermelon with colorful waves of strawberries, blueberries, halved green grapes, pineapple chunks, kiwi slices, and orange segments.
07 - Scatter pretzel sticks, cheese cubes, and fresh mint leaves between fruit waves to fill empty spaces attractively.
08 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving to maintain freshness.
