# Method:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring some overhang to facilitate easy removal.
02 - In a large bowl, mix almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, apricots, blueberries, rolled oats, and crisp rice cereal until evenly combined.
03 - Over medium heat, stir honey or maple syrup, almond butter, unsalted butter, ground cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract in a small saucepan until fully melted and smooth, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly until all components are evenly coated.
05 - Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press firmly and evenly using a spatula or the back of a measuring cup to create a compact layer.
06 - Evenly sprinkle white chocolate chips and festive sprinkles over the surface and gently press them into the mixture.
